how we begin
As the slide below indicates, the first premise of our classroom (as articulated in the foreword of our textbook) involves discovering our passions and interests, pursuing work that has personal meaning and purpose, each one exploring and creating their own unique life path within the greater common path of Life.
A view shared by many (as revealed in Tom Shadyac's 2010 documentary I Am), we see this approach as one of the best starting points, if not the best starting point, to tackle the great many challenges our species now faces. Another starting point is found in our classroom's second premise.
